In- Person Birth Doula Services

Women who hire doulas have better birth outcomes. I want to support you during your pregnancy, birth and postpartum! I will support you with informational, emotional, and physical support. See below for my typical package inclusions, I am also happy to offer a package custom to your needs- reach out to me so we can discuss!

DOULA SERVICES INCLUDE:

 

  • I love to meet with my clients several times during pregnancy, to be sure you are very prepared! We will discuss your birth plan in detail, go through what to expect in any situation, talk about your postpartum plan, etc.

  • Unlimited contact throughout pregnancy and early postpartum. Ask me questions, request evidence based information, emotional support, anything!

  • I will be on call 24/7 from 37 weeks until birth.

  • In person birth support from whenever you start needing me (usually early/active labor) until 2-3 hours after baby is born, you have breastfed, and are all settled.

  • One postpartum appointment to go over your birth, check in on breastfeeding, be sure you have the resources you need, and ensure you are thriving. You can also contact me at any time during postpartum for resources or questions!
