I help pregnant moms become educated and confident about birth through knowledge, advocacy, and training their brains. This helps them have empowering birth experiences and a confident start to motherhood!

I believe that pregnancy and birth can be an important start to being a confident and stable new mother. Motherhood is a huge lifestyle change and one of the upmost importance. One that many women view as one of the most important roles in their lifetime! If you start out as a new mother empowered, knowledgeable, and supported, you have exactly the confidence you need to raise your baby using intuition and knowledge. No matter how you choose to give birth- if it is your choice and you are supported it can be an empowering birth. 

Women who research and go into their births prepped with the knowledge and support they need can have joyful, instinctive experiences. The life changing kind. It doesnā€™t matter the ā€œtypeā€ of birth they choose- if they are choosing it and feel supported, they can have that kind of experience! I want you to have an amazing birth experience- exactly the way you want to. I have a plan for how to get you there.

  • I am comfortable being a strong advocate in the birth room. I have always been an advocate for myself and my family, and am comfortable doing so in a polite and kind way. I can be an advocate for you as well, especially in situations where you canā€™t or donā€™t want to speak for yourself.

  • I am an overwhelmingly supportive person. I meet you where you are at and will never (even for a moment) judge you or question your decisions as a woman or mother. I know that every mother knows what best for her and her family.

Get to Know Me

 

I have a wonderful husband and two cute toddlers- and I (obviously) love spending as much time with them as I can! 

Being a mom is my main passion and calling, and I feel so grateful to be able to be home with my kids most of the time.

We love to camp in our tent trailer, along with hiking and exploring new places whenever we have the chance. 

We are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and our faith is a huge part of everything we do! 

As a birth worker, I love helping moms feel empowered and supported, no matter what they choose for their birth!

When I first started having kids of my own, I realized my passion for childbirth. I loved learning about it. I also wanted to support other moms in this journey and ultimately decided to become a Doula and Childbirth Educator!
